The outcome represents the cards 7,8,9, and 10. These four cards form the key in the Celtic laying. It is the deepening of the situation and card 10 reflects the outcome of the question or situation.

 

 

When you use the tarot cards for a Celtic spread, it is important that you have consecrated the cards first. This is done by filling the cards with your energy. You do this by, for example, looking at each card carefully and placing your hand on it. You do this with all 78 tarot cards. When this is done you can start your tarot spread. Now imagine the situation or question. Start shuffling the cards. Follow your intuition when drawing the cards. When you feel that you have to draw a card, you put it down first. This will complete the entire Celtic Cross tarot spread, like the example above. You always start with the small cross. Cards 1 and 2.
